The free plan produces contracts as PDFs and in return carries a reference to DocuNorm, in the footer of every contract and in every email. Pro costs €39 a month plus VAT, has no such reference and sends contracts from your own email address. Pricing is per company.

No. DocuNorm is a platform for automating your own contracts. You store the contract texts you have worked out with your legal advisers for your business model. That way you keep full control over the content and avoid the liability risks of unsuitable standard templates.

Yes, via the text. You copy it from your document into the editor. Paragraphs are kept, and so are headings, provided they are set up as headings in the document. The appearance then comes from your appearance settings and no longer from the old file. After that you mark the parts that change from case to case: name, amount, date, term.

This feature is currently being built. In future, contracting parties will be able to sign documents digitally via a secure link. In the dashboard you follow the signature status of all parties in real time. For documents with a statutory written-form requirement, electronic signature can be switched off per template, so contracts are printed and signed by hand as usual.

Yes. You set the language of the document on the template, and it has nothing to do with the language of your interface. Your team works in English and generates German contracts. That is what it is built for.

Individual negotiations remain possible at any time. DocuNorm standardises the recurring volume business so that you gain time for negotiating complex individual cases. If a client departs from the standard, you adjust variables flexibly or export the draft for individual coordination. You handle the bulk of your contracts without errors through the standardised process.

No. We typeset your text; we don’t write it. What your contracts say, whether it suits your business and whether it holds up is for your legal advisers to answer. We draw this line deliberately.

Yes, every plan includes an unlimited number of users at no extra cost. With granular permissions you control access and editing rights at template level: HR staff edit confidential employment contracts, sales teams access customer agreements. Administrative settings for master data and template management can be assigned separately.
