For management consultancies

Confidentiality comes before the engagement

Before confidential project discussions begin, the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be in place. Many of these agreements go to companies that never become clients, yet the demand for same-day, error-free delivery remains high.

What keeps coming up

Three templates, three speeds

The first is needed immediately, the second rarely, the third constantly.

Non-disclosure agreement

Before the first substantive conversation. The most frequent document in the firm, and it mostly goes to companies that never place an order.

Framework agreement and statement of work

The framework agreement governs liability, warranty and intellectual property once per client. The actual project is commissioned through short statements of work that refer unambiguously to the framework.

Subcontractor and freelancer contracts

Project-specific agreements for freelance associates and specialist consultants. Secure confidentiality, client non-solicitation and the scope of services on your contractors’ side without gaps.

Compliance protection

No data carried over from old documents

Anyone who creates non-disclosure agreements under time pressure by overwriting old client files by hand risks serious data breaches: if a former client’s name is left in the text, confidentiality is breached before the first meeting. DocuNorm strictly separates template text and variable data. Client data enters only through defined input fields, so remnants of earlier clients in the document are technically ruled out. Empty mandatory fields are flagged immediately, before the document is generated.
