Childcare contract
One is created for every admission: child, parents or guardians, facility, care hours, start date. Both parents countersign: the template contains two separately marked signature fields as standard.
At the start of the new daycare year the places are allocated, and every admission needs its childcare contract. All in the same two weeks, all with the same text.

And then it continues
When parents change their working hours, the care hours change. The contract itself provides for this: from twenty-five to thirty-five hours, and back again next year. Every change is a document of its own, and it has to match the contract it amends.
You agreed the text once with your legal advisers. What gets filled in is the child, the hours and the amounts.

Compact documents with few variables that connect seamlessly, in formal legal terms, to the existing original contract.
Create all leaving documents at the end of the daycare year together in a single run.
Several facilities
Municipal bylaws and fee regulations (Beitragsordnungen) vary from one municipality to the next. If you run facilities across several municipalities, you need location-specific contract variants with locally adjusted fee tables. In a folder full of files, after two years nobody knows which one is current. Here there are three named templates, every change has a date, and for every contract you can say which version the family received.
