Agreement on self-pay services
It is concluded anew for every patient and every service, before treatment. Without it, the service cannot be billed afterwards.
You know it anyway: for self-pay services, meaning treatments not covered by statutory health insurance, the written agreement comes before the treatment. It is drawn up at reception, between two appointments, and it has to name the individual services and their rates.

The process
The appointment is coming up, the treatment has been discussed, and the written agreement has to be signed in advance. Copying old documents of previous patients and overwriting them by hand risks data errors and data protection breaches under time pressure. With DocuNorm you generate a clean, new form in seconds.
The text has been the same for years. The details in it change with every appointment.
It is concluded anew for every patient and every service, before treatment. Without it, the service cannot be billed afterwards.
A legally sound contractual basis for privately insured and self-paying patients, including clear agreements on cancellation fees for appointments missed at short notice.
What changes in it
Unlike most contracts, this one has amounts in the text, several of them. Fee schedule item numbers, multipliers and invoice amounts are entered exclusively via structured input fields. DocuNorm inserts the values into the text in the correct typographic and currency format, so manual typos in the base text and data carried over from old documents are technically ruled out.
