For training providers

Every place on a course is a contract

A course with twenty places means twenty contracts, and the next date is already in the calendar. On top of that come the agreements with the trainers. The legal framework always stays the same; only the participants’ details change.

The process

Two weeks before the course starts

The registrations are in, the places allocated, and now every participant needs their contract. Twenty times the same text with a different name, a different address, sometimes a different price. In Word that means opening the same file twenty times and saving it under a new name twenty times.

What it produces

Three templates for the whole business

Organise your entire range of courses with standardised documents: legally sound, consistent and without Word chaos.

Participation agreement

Name, address, course title, period and course fees. If a course is publicly funded (e.g. through an education voucher, the Bildungsgutschein, under AZAV accreditation), you simply add the required mandatory details; the base contract stays untouched.

Contract with the trainer

Permanent employment or freelance basis. Supplementary status determinations and declarations (e.g. following the Herrenberg ruling of the Federal Social Court on freelance teachers) can be generated directly as legally sound accompanying documents.

Corporate clients

In-house training runs on a framework agreement with the company and an order for each date.

When the text changes

Changing a clause doesn’t mean hunting down twenty files

Stricter requirements under German distance learning law (Fernunterrichtsschutzgesetz) regularly force training providers to adapt their contracts. Whatever clauses your legal advisers update, you enter once, centrally, in the template. From that moment on, every new contract automatically uses the current wording, while contracts already concluded remain archived, unchanged and legally secure.
