Framework agreement
It is concluded once with each client: terms, duration, notice periods. Usually the same text with three or four places that change.
A new client means a framework agreement and a data processing agreement. Plus an order for each project and a contract for each freelancer. That is four documents before anyone has even started work.

The new client
Shortly before the project starts, the client asks for the data processing agreement (DPA; in German, AVV). Adapting old documents by hand risks outdated clauses, formatting errors and lengthy rounds of coordination. With DocuNorm you send a standardised, GDPR-compliant DPA within a few minutes.
The texts hardly change. What changes are a few details, and those become placeholders.
It is concluded once with each client: terms, duration, notice periods. Usually the same text with three or four places that change.
Fully GDPR-compliant under Art. 28. The legal core text is fixed; you only add the contracting parties and the specific categories of data processed and of data subjects.
One order per project under the framework agreement. This is where the volume is highest and the text shortest.
One contract per freelancer, several times a year when the team changes. Same text, different person, different rate.
Who sees what
Granular role and permission management: project leads create project-specific orders, while management and finance handle sensitive framework agreements and hourly rates. Define by role which staff get access to particular contract types and financial details.
