For temporary staffing agencies

Every placement is a contract

Five placements a week mean five staffing agreements with clients and five assignment agreements with workers. The text is the same every time. What differs are name, place of work, hourly rate and period.

The process

Complete the assignment paperwork on time, before work starts

Candidates scheduled, working hours agreed: before work begins, the temporary staffing agreement (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsvertrag, AÜV) and the assignment agreement must be in place. Overwriting old contracts by hand risks outdated pay-scale classifications, calculation errors in sector supplements and formal breaches of the German Temporary Agency Work Act (AÜG). With DocuNorm you produce audit-proof documents in minutes.

What it produces

Three templates, always the same

The effort isn’t in the wording. It’s in the fact that it happens again every week.

Temporary staffing agreement (AÜV)

Legally sound recording of all mandatory details, from place of work and job description to qualification levels, the agreed charge rate and equal pay rules.

Assignment agreement with the worker

The employment contract is in place; the assignment comes on top: client, place, job, period. It is also created for every assignment, with its own signature block.

Assignment extensions and addenda

If an assignment is extended, you adjust the assignment period and terms in a few clicks. The system produces a formally precise addendum.

From the last file

What creeps in when you copy

If you take the text from the last contract every time, you carry along every special arrangement ever made for a single client. After two years, contracts contain things nobody can justify any more. A template produces the same text every time, and when it changes, it changes for all future contracts at once.

Confidential margins

Strict separation of purchase and sales terms

Client rates and internal wages stay protected: with differentiated role permissions you control which teams get access to staffing agreements with clients or to the employment and assignment contracts of your workers. This prevents unwanted insight into calculations and margins.
